Modification of the Terms

Additional Terms (Software EULA, Terms of Sale)
You agree that any software product licensed and downloaded from the Site is copyrighted to G-Type, remains the intellectual property of G-Type and may only be downloaded and used subject to your acceptance of the additional Terms specified in the G-Type End User Licence Agreement (EULA) before download commences. Furthermore You agree to the G-Type Terms of Sale which can be viewed separately on the Site.
Pricing, Cancellations, Returns, Refunds etc
G-Type reserves the right to change its pricing at any time without notice. Once a software product has been downloaded or despatched You accept that those goods are non-returnable and non-refundable. G-Type will not under any circumstances be responsible for any typographic errors or omissions. Please refer to the full G-Type Terms of Sale for more detailed information regarding placing and receiving orders.
User Eligibility & Authorisation
You acknowledge that you are 18 years of age or older, and, if under the age of 18, are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or other responsible adult. If you are using the Site on behalf of a different organisation or legal entity, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms on behalf of such organisation or legal entity. If You are an employer, You agree to require each of your employees to be bound by the Terms and agree to remain responsible and liable for all acts of your employees in connection with the Site, including any breach of the Terms.
